Could one of you provide a screenshot showing what you're talking about?

What happens if you click the full-screen button in the window corner?

Doris and Alopino, please try this.

Click www.bridgebase.com, which will take you to the BBO home page. Once there look at your address line that will begin with www.bridgebase.com. Look to the far right of the address line where you should see an icon. This should be the 'compatibility' icon. Click on it - you may get an 'are you sure' message and if so click yes.

If you can't find the icon which will be at the very right end of the address line, then try this:

Click on the Tools link which will be at the top right of your screen

1. Add a checkmark to Compatibility view or
2. Click on Compatibility View Settings, Type in bridgebase.com in the small top field and click on Add.

Leave the page, and log onto BBO in your normal way. Please let us know if this gets your BBO screen back to normal. If not we'll dig further.

Jacki :)

Are you using a 64-bit windows? The 'workaround' such as it is is to try another browser while we're fiddling w/this stuff, like www.google.com/chrome

Thanks Uday
Yes I am using 64 bit Windows7.
I have just tried using Internet Explorer 11, which I normally use, and it did not work properly it only showed the top 2 inches.
However as you suggested I tried it on Google Chrome and it worked perfectly.
What now?
Is there a way to make it work on IE11 or will I have to use Firefox for this site only ?
Thanks for your help
Cheers from down under in Australia,
Cooee
