GIB should play delayed raise to game

I think 3♥ shows 3 card support with extra values,slammish. I suggest GIB should play "delayed raise to game" convention.For this hand,its reasonable sequences are 1♥--2♦--2♠--4♥,4♥ is delayed raise.

3H does not show extra values. 4H shows a specific hand type- decent red suits, no black suit controls, here, North has a spade control and so does not qualify for 4H. As for the actual bidding, South's 4NT is hopeless, it is just committing yourself to a blind guess.
