Gib shows 20+ total points. Maybe the third double ought to show more than this.And east really isn't worth 20 tp with the stiff king and no known fit.

A human west would not have bid 4h but that is probably a simulation fluke

Agree. The 4H bid (rather than pass) is much crazier than the third TOX. (Though a third double is normally for penalties anyway, right?)
