IMPs (teams)

What is your bid? (and if you start low: when do you bid again, e.g. if 3S comes back?...)
I wonder if you consider it best to bid 2 or preempt higher and what are your reasons?
(This hand was sent by mail to me, but did only contain 12 cards. I added a 7th club, but it is possible that I have to replace it by another card later).

I would over call a simple 2C, if my partner happens to raise I will bid game. Should my lho raise to 2S and this comes back to me I pass.

I would also bid 2C. The opponents have not found a fit, lets take it slowly. This hand has a lot of potential.

Thank you for the answers.
South did bid 3 and West did bid 4.
North had AQTxx and didn't DBL. With a 2 bid from South, DBL by North is easy.
