1H-2C
2D-3C
3D-3H (kind of a waiting bid, looking for a spade stop initially)
4C-4D (cue for clubs)
4H-5C (I don't have a spade control)
6C-p (I do)
It depends on how many clubs 3C shows. Since you bid 3C from East, I assume 2C was already game forcing? In that case, hands with mediocre 6-card clubs can rebid 2NT and you can have 2C then 3C show a good 6 or 7 and opener can be confident that partner, having shown a good club suit and slam interest, has a serious hand.
