GIB bid 3♠ to 4+♠,11-hcp,5-12 total points and forcing .As we know, the description of the number of the suit card is a most basic which is not allowed to go wrong. so I think this is a true lies.

One possible problem is that 2♥ and 3♥ have the same description in GIB's system. You can't set trumps after 2♣, GIB has to agree.
