惩罚1NT开叫后的思考

这是一幅实战中的牌面，西家1NT（13-15），北家加倍1NT做惩罚，不看南的牌面可以放罚吗？哪看后南牌面作为南有责任叫牌吗？如果加入叫牌用什么约定？加倍1NT的牌可以看做如同开1NT再展开后续叫牌吗？

如果西家开叫1NT（15-17），你持这样的牌面是否叫X？如果加倍的同伴持有上帖南的牌面是否逃叫？

1NT X(同等实力或更强） - 2C（点力不足8点，不能罚放，从最低叫起）
- 2NT（18-20点均型，邀3NT - -（好的5-7点可以接受邀请，这手牌只能PASS）

这个通常来说需要挺住！ 固定pd间也可以约定一下，这个x是等同以上实力还是什么，特别是对小nt；
只保证等同实力以上，如果是无局，我会选择逃跑；现在有局，跑也不见得有什么好结果，还是挺住吧。

你PASS，也许到处跑的就是对方了。
你其实也无处可跑。如果能打2NT，何不放罚1NT？
