One possibility is that South, having denied a 4th Heart with the 2♣ bid, might show a 3rd Heart by bidding 3♥ over 3♣. The 6th Spade may not be worth emphasising in a suit headed by A9xxxxx. and with doubleton Spade North can bid 3♠ over 3♥ having already denied a 3rd Spade with the 3♣ bid.
Possibly a bit deep.
