Not much to discuss here (other than GIB is "suppose to lead K from AK unless doubleton"). Humans might choose to lead Ace from AK with even number of cards in a suit and K from AK with odd number in suit. Such a ploy might work if you started West hand with Ace and then continued with King, East might work out the best chance is if this was from a six card suit and unblock the JACK.
Alternatively, if the ACE against notrump ask for unblock, the defense would be easy for any defense.

Interesting. I have only encountered Ace from even, King from odd, in the context of Vinjes carding methods, but he only advocated it against suit contracts. I gather that it has gained popularity v NT?
