As we know that actually 3♣ is equal to checkback stayman, however whatever 3♣ is,I found it will be impossible to look for another major 4-4 fit even though I made many tries.
After 2nt ,the meanings of 3♥ is five card if you are holding 4-4 majors, you never rebid 3♥.
After 3♣,the answer from GIB will be only for 3 card responsive suit, ant it has nothing to do with another 4 card major suit.

So my conclusion is the GIB lost another major 4-4 fit after jump rebid 2nt .

I hope that with 2-4-4-3 shape GIB would bid 3H over 3C.
Furthermore, if responder bypasses a 4 card H suit to bid 1S on the first response he should have a 5th Spade.

Based on the above you will only lose a 4-4 heart fit when you have (and find) a 5-3 (or better) Spade fit.
I agree that it remains not ideal to lose the H fit, and that hearts may play better when there is the double fit. I am just saying that the issue is not as critical as it first appears.
