Good play for GIB to play western cuebid

I think 3nt as a final contract is usually more btter than 4M contract if major suit holding is solid,so I cuebid 3♥ to ask GIB stopper in ♥ which is western cuebid ,then GIB bid 3nt and very easy to make .
