With Qxxx AQxx xx Qxx, GIB made a negative double after I opened 1c and RHO overcalled 1d. I jumped to 2H, described (accurately) as 3+c, 4+H, 18-22 pts, forcing to 3N. RHO rebid 3d, and GIB now freely bid 3N with 2 small diamonds and a known 8-card heart fit! With 3 small diamonds and MP scoring, I was happy to pass until I saw its hand.

At many tables, South bid 4♥ over the negative double, which GIB took as denying slam interest opposite a minimum negative double.
So, there may be something that GIB assumes about the 2♥ bid that he isn't telling us.

Which is odd because I thought 2♥ is NF.

Yeah, it's really unusual to play 2♥ as being that strong, to me it should be at least a full K lower in range.

Fixed in v29.
Sometimes GIB used to find 3NT if in doubt for further call but having enough points for or being in GF.
Now it won't be used without stopper. That fix covers variety of cases where 3NT used to come randomly ( assuming opponents introduced a suit already ).
