As we know that the GIB don't play Bart or Anti-bart convention,so for this hand,I can ignore 2♦ puppet and pass, but we lost the game affirmatively as a result.so I suggest GIB play Bart or Anti-bart convention.

The most important features in Anti-Bart are the distinction between the good heart preference and the bad heart preference and the distinction between a 2NT bid with or without a club fit. As you can see from some of the following example hands, this method allows a partnership to open aggressively and stop short of game opposite poorly fitting 11 or 12 counts.

Bart is only played by a fraction of rather advanced players. I really don't think we should be pushing to make GIB's card more complicated than it already is, since it has to be useful to the bulk of BBO population, probably 90% of whom only think Bart is a character on the Simpsons or the train system around San Francisco bay area.

If anything, the thing to be tweaked here is maybe evaluation on good 6-5 hands, treating the hand more aggressively so it can show both suits, although that will often get overboard if the hand is more misfit.
