Maybe 2NT or 3NT depend on trust in partner's points?

Hoping West doesn't have 6 spades (KQJxxx ) with ♦A.

Double shows length in spades for the moment. Probably weak spot, but it's written as it.

Or maybe some new suit like 3♣

With hand like:

♠x
♥KQx
♦KJxxx
♣Kxxx

GIB won't raise 4♣, but will bid 3♠ so 3NT could still be reached. With weak hand with 4 cards in hearts will bid 3♥, with stronger 4♥.
