IMPs, strong opponents. Their preempting style is fairly standard I think if that matters.

Pass, we have 3 low diamonds. If we are making anything partner will likely balance.

Pass may well be best. I can't stand it though and I will bid 3. Those who double should be... those who double are...

If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

There was another hand like this a while back, and I thought the consensus was 3.

I might give a thought about pass vs a preemptor like myself (but still bid 3 NT), but hell, i am looking at the preempt standards that people have in BBF, 3 NT > any other bid at IMPS imho, despite the non vulnerability.

EDIT : Disregard what i wrote, i am seeing our hand as South. Blah ! Posted Image

I voted wrong, meant to vote 3 > Pass > X

Double is horrific since you're so balanced with a 13 count.
I prefer 3 because I have the 7

I found something nice to say:
Those who double are... multiple world champions!

Minor note: on the hand record, everyone's vul. I don't know if that makes a difference (it certainly didn't to the opener!)
