I wonder why Robot jump rebid 3♥ instead of reverse 2♠? not to mention,♥ suit is not decent,I suspect junp 3♥ was better reverse 2♠.

I think that GIB expects 1N rebid to (1) deny 4 x S and (2) promise 2-3 x H. So there is prespect for fit in H but not S.
Personally I dislike both of those restrictions but I guess we have to live with them.
There is an argument that responder could still reverse naturally into a suit denied by partner (S), but perhaps needs to be better suit than Qxxx

oh,now I see,Robot don't play Wash but up the line as bidding rule.
For this hand, after 1♥,opener must rebid 1♠,never considering whether to balance whatever you hold,so rebid 1nt showed no 4 card ♠ , right?

Correct (yuch!, right?)

It is one of the areas that provide an opportunity for effective "baby" psychs when playing against two robots: You rebid 1NT bypassing a 4 card major, gambling on partner not having 4 of them. Then robots misdefend because they place absolute trust in your bid. Occasionally even if you have a 4-4 fit, robots misdefend so badly that it makes up for missing the fit.
