Now I am holding a solid suited, the experience has taught me that for a final contract 3nt is often more easier to get 9 tricks in many case,so I cue bid 3♠,Robot can bid 3nt as a final contract if stoper in ♠,however after double,Robot pass,so I have to rebid 4♥.Judgement allowed in any situation,3nt as a final contract is not usually better than 4M.

Let us please not ask to have the bots taught a bad convention.
Note that on this hand, the main advantage to a western cue auction is that we get to watch partner fail in 3N instead of us failing in a heart contract.
You must know the rules well - so that you may break them wisely!

Does West's second double provide any information that wasn't already provided by his first double?

Anyway, the choice of the ways of game is of importance with no doubt .

A lot of conventions earn a reputation worse than deserved through repeated misuse.
The OP did make a rod for his own back by not checking the meaning of 3♠ before bidding it. I have been there.
So the result on this hand is not particularly surprising, nor did it rate to be a success if the hands were better suited, as GIB currently simply does not play it that way.
But whether in the long term it is more sensible for 3♠ to show 19-22 points and a control in the suit, as described, or a NT probe, remains a valid question to raise.
