The east Robot don't bid while I can be chatting with my friend at bbo.
If possible,I can send my screenshorts by email as a evidence.

Recently I often make bidding training with my friend in china bridge club,sometimes I can't be hard to redeal again.the system alerted me that "no way to open new hand",and then I had to leave my table ,but also can't resolve this problem,I had to click "UNDO" repeadly for many times,the system allowed me to go on training.

when I misclicked 1♦,the west Robot don't bid,no answer.
I can be chatting with my member,my member also answer me,suprisely I found I can't post any informations on CBC Club channel.

I suspect that this is a general network problem that you have been having unrelated to robots. Were you on iPad? I have had this happen to me with robot tourneys on Android (never yet Flash). Solved by logging out and in. Not ideal if in chat.

no,while this happened,I had to have a chat with my member at once,he answered me immediately.I can confirm again that it was not a network problem.

It COULD still be a network problem. In the bad old days when connectivity was routinely poor, we would get red spots all over the place and chat would still function independently.
