why do Robot tell a lie?

While I play with Robot,I found Robot often tell a lie.
After double,north Robot raise to 2 showing 3+,6-9 total points.
I think north Robot bid 2 was a incorrect descriptive bid,I think it was better for Robot to bid 3 directly as a preemptive raise so as to let partner to do next rightly.

I disagree. North fits in the 6-9 total points range, counting 3 points for the club void. I would consider making a stronger bid with the North hand, not a weaker one.

That hand is close to mixed invite - 3.


And from lie to better bid has some difference.

Here, there is no lie as 2 shows what GIB has. Just there is better bid probably. Could be 3 or 3, but explanation is correct.
