In GIBberish, the uncontested sequence 1♦-1♠-2♦-2♥ is described as, amongst other things, "forcing to 3N". This runs counter to my training. 2♦ is described as 12-16 total points. Lacking reversing values, opener might yet hold 4 x ♥ and 12-16 TP leaves room for invitational values, it seems to me.

I think GIB plays some form of Bourke relay as FG here. If memory serves 2♦ is also FG and doesn't show diamonds after 1♣-1M-2♣.
