Personally I would have bid a quiet 3♠ (instead of 3♦). I am not a great fan of fast arrival opposite an unlimited partner who could still have slam ambitions opposite a minimum. Not sure quite what 4♠ would show in that framework, but I can live with that if necessary. Certainly better than 3♦

I'd strongly prefer that GIB bid 3♠ not 4♠. Partner is unlimited. Why take away bidding room? 4 spades should deny a control card in either hearts or clubs on this auction.
Also the spade raises should show 4 spades exactly, not 4+. 5+ spades should have bid 2♠ over 2♣.

Point taken for additional improvement in same version.
Also about 11+TP is about to be changed.
That is only after 1♦ - 2♣. 1M - 2m is 14+.
But at least won't hide major fit.
