Apologies for two threads on the same hand, but I realised the only interesting question is E's call over 2H. What's yours? And how close is it?

Definite pass. This hand isn't good enough to bid IMO. And I certainly will not double for a lead holding only one of four honors in the suit. I need a much better reason than this to take partner off his normal lead.

I'd guess 2S=H+D; 2Nt=C+D; so, 3C=C+H; and then X=6+H.
Still a little shy on suit body for those diamonds - gimme D109 and yup show 2-suiter.

Pass, RHO is relatively unlimited, there is no need to bid 2S yet. If RHO passes you can still balance with 2N to show 2 suits if you want to get in. If RHO is going to game try or bid game then you want to keep your mouth shut, not only might you go for a number but you might jut tell them how to play the hand when they're about to play a game for no reason.
