RKC or not?

I expected 4N to be RKC for hearts, and North responded as such. Shouldn't the explanation of 4N say so?

Thanks for reporting.

Fixed in v29.

GIB really understood as blackwood, but explanation was inherited from 2N/3N.

Anyway it will say now it's blackwood over hearts.

Good example of hand to be noticed that in v28 ( next coming ) is included possibility to stop in spades although you asked over hearts. GIB will not correct back anymore. Even after kings+queen ask etc. 4NT asking person ( human likely, GIB unlikely to use it ) could stop in 6,7 contract based on blackwood color or where there are 5+ cards promised.

So following an auction like:
1S - 2H
3C - 4N could let you stop in 6+ in Clubs ( blackwood suit ), Spades as opener promised 5+ or Hearts as responder promised 5+.
