Ive tried a questionnable (probably crazy) low S to the J and was happy when Est didnt return a S.

PS how do we hide hands so that the user dont see the cards at the beginning ? (only if they click)

They played standard count & attitude but i wasnt smart enough to ask if they give count or attitude in this heart case.
From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

The play of the spot cards gives you some clues against all but the best opponents.

From an initial heart holding of 10542, East would not play the two at trick one then lead the five when he gets in. Similarly, West has the last club otherwise East returned the 8 from 986.

After you cash two hearts and they both discard spades, you can play a diamond to the ace and lead a spade if West has the last diamond. West can have no more spades unless he started with 14 cards.

The only possible problem is if East is down to stiff ace of spades and the last two diamonds. But then West started with 10972 of spades and might have led one.

Ive played west for 4 hearts all along, east did took some time before returning H (something i should have said in the OP)t, I didnt give too much credit to the 8 from possible 986 since I tought that J from j9xx was close to impossible at least way less likely than from jxx.

Someone will explain how this is not an expert reply; but, I would have been myopic at trick one to the opening lead being from JT(X) ---and with JTXX(X) the lead would have been the appropriate low card. Unable to get that out of my mind, everything else would fall into place for cashing and claiming. This was a BB/VC/D'Orsi hand, right?

JT8x you should lead the J. Im not saying leading low might not work better but its anti-percentage.

I also saw Madala losing 13 for leading a honor from KQ75 in an unbid suit against 3NT with both opponents balanced.

Are you sure about that, on a 1NT-3NT auction? In any case, 3rd hand's attitude is known in hearts; If they bother with count, the hearts are 3-3.
