West leads K♦.East cashes with A ♦and returns ♠,South puts 10♠,west discards ♦.East has 5 cards in♠ but as he doesn't return ♦ we presume that his A♦ is single.As we know now that in the beginning east has 5♠ and single A♦ we should not go down.

♣A, K, ruff high, trump finesse, draw trumps, ♣Q. This makes if E has at least 2 ♣; if E has 5 ♣ then you use the ♥KJ as entries for two club ruffs and then lead dummy's ♥AQ for the trump coup. I don't think you can combine chances for E starting with 5=6=1=1 or 5=7=1=0 - this layout can be picked up by unblocking ♥, crossing to dummy's ♠K, cashing ♥AQ discarding ♣, then taking the trump finesse.

The hand can always be made double dummy.
Run spades.
If West has 4 or more hearts you have a red suits squeeze against West. Just cash your clubs after trumps
If West has 4 or more clubs you have a minor suit squeeze, just cash and overtake hearts after trumps.

Unfortunately you do not know which suit West controls. He will discard diamond on the trumps.
So playing to ruff a club seems best since West is very unlikely to hold 5 clubs.

There must be something wrong with this line, because Rainer hasn't mentioned it yet:

Play ♥K, ♥J. If West follows, he can't have more than four clubs, so we can safely ruff a club high and take a trump finesse.

If West has a singleton heart, cross in spades and cash the other two hearts.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

"Technically" West could be 0=6=7=0 or 0=0=7=6 so no ruffing line is completely safe?. :P
I once yelled at my partner for discarding the 'wrong' card when he was subjected to a squeeze that I allowed by giving the wrong count with too high a card. Now he's allowed to pitch aces when the opponents have the king in the dummy. At trick 2. When he could have followed suit. And blame me.

I will be happy to pay off to lho holding 6 hearts (we will win the match with bidding alone)
this is the best way to go no guesswork.

There's no need to take that risk, in fact.

Cash one heart. If West follows, he can't have six clubs. Then cash one club. If West follows, he can't have six hearts, so it's safe to cash the second heart.

This hand is starting to look familar. Is it from a Tim Bourke book?
