It may be misrepresentation of its hand based on the brain dead bid descriptions but its actually a reasonable cue for a passed hand. You could have been more distributional and stronger and needed partner to encourage you to slam.

Fixed in v28.

North will not improvise and will give just normal bid of 4♠.
