Find a system where you have the auction 1NT-2-2-3NT?

Or, if you must open the North hand 1, bid 3NT over 2NT. Any slam try on the North hand opposite what appears to be an invitational 2NT response is very optimistic, to say the least.

(Guys, it's a double dummy play problem)

Looks like repeated endplays.
T1 win A.
T2 play Q. E covers, win A.
T3 finesse to dummy.
T4 duck to W.
T5 win return (let's say K)
T6 A, W can't unblock profitably.
T7 to W.
T8 W exits top , win in hand.
T9 cash J
TT cash T
TJ finesse
TQ cash last
TK cash Q

I think you need to take care to unblock a top spade from hand at trick one, but even then I'm not sure you have an answer for every defence.

If West exits a spade instead of a club, and then when in with the DK plays the CK, I don't think you can unravel all your tricks.

Actually, I suppose East is then squeezed in the red suits.

Thanks Antrax
Of course it's a double dummy problem
The goal is to realize 5NT against every defense.

Sorry. You will have to admit that the bidding was truly terrible. It might be better to present the problem by just saying the contract is 5NT by South and the lead is the J, leaving out the bidding.

You are absolutely right. I admit this misunderstanding. Sorry

Then you can finesse the spades twice and clear them, using the H10 as an entry, before cashing DA and putting West in with DK as before. Now, although you don't have the squeeze against East, you've only lost one trick so far, so you can duck the CK if West tries that, and then you have the communications to cash all your diamonds.
