Vul vs non vul, dealer

You hold:

Axx
AKQJxx
KT
Q9

Bidding goes 1H-X-3H-4S-? your bid

3H vul is a weak bid with 3-6 hcp and 4+ trumps

Even if there's no spade loser, partner needs both the Q and K to get us to 11 tricks (strength is behind). But the trouble is we might not even beat 4. I think we need to try 5 at this vulnerability and it's not close.

5, this looks like an uncommon red vs white sac possibility. Slight chance they push to 5 at these colors, and then I'm happier.

Imps or Mp's?

I'll settle for (I hope) a 40% score right here rather than risk -500 at mp's but the upside of bouncing them to 5, a good -200 dive or a small loss of 2 or 3 is more attractive at imps.

I'm not generally a 5 over 4 guy, but if it looks like either game has a chance of making (like here), bidding has multiple ways to be right.
