GIB wont admit it has Spade stopper

in 4D not 3N

bidding goes 1C-P-1D-1N(sandwich)-2D-2H(showing H stopper) -P-3C (club stopper) then instead of bidding 3S or 3N with spade stop bids 3H with K empty
why doesn't it bid 3N? has KQx of spades

Thanks for reporting.

GIB has no reason to avoid bidding 3NT directly over 2♦ which is enough limited hand. It has both stoppers and no need to walk through either major seeking for NT side.

Fixed in next v28.
