This is purely a tactical decsison, and all about knowing your opponents.

Given we are red, they are green, they wont have lots of trouble bidding
5H over 4S.
But if you know them, and know, that they hardly ever go to the 5 level,
4S is quite a good option.

The downside, if they do it, you will not be able to show your 2nd suit,
and you would have wished, that you started with a 2-suited overcall.

And even 1S may work well.

I have seen some very successful 4 ♠ bid with hands like this. But I would start with 2 ♥, usually followed by spade bids later.

At the N/B level, 3♠ followed by 4♠ over their 4♥ has decent chances of getting a top. Not certain of course but probably good enough to try. Against better opps (or opps who rate you as adv+) the direct blast is probably better. The hand looks like more of a problem of tactics and psychology than pure bidding theory.
