Unable to run BBO

Hello. I use "Avira" antivirus software and I have problem, I can't run my BBO. Maybe somebody can help me?

Before the technical people provide THE right answer, let me ask you a question.

Avira allows adobe flash player to work. Therefore, bbo new version should work just fine. Does any other site based on Flash provide the same problem or do they work alright?
