(2*)-2-(2)-3NT

2 is Multi. Do you leave your partner to play there or bid 4?

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Why would I ever consider anything other than pass? Partner knows I have hearts, and usually six (or more) of them when bid RED at the two level. I don't have anything to be ashamed of, and he knows the opponents have a spade fit. Surely HE is the one in position to make the decision here. I think even thinking about pulling to 4 is crazy enough, to actually do so is unforgivable. Anyone who bids 4 over 3NT HERE with this hand doesn't deserve to ever play with a good partner... because the 4 bidder doesn't understand that bridge is a partnership game.

Seems like an easy pass to me.

Obvious pass. Why did you even post this question?

I passed, but thought about it before. I asked someone else who also said it was an easy pass, maybe I should have asked about the 3NT bidder...

Edit: I mean, I thought about it but passed thinking partner held 4 good spades or something like that. 4 Hearts was a better contract, though.
