double then NT over 2H

I don't think 2nt should show 22-24 on this auction, shouldn't it be more like 19-21, too strong for 2nt overcall (15-18)? Also the distributional requirements should be IMO 3-5 C; 3-5 D; 2+H; 2-3 S. (2H)-3nt should be "I want to play 3nt, e.g. running suit + heart stops", not too strong for 2nt. Doubling, then jumping to 3nt can be the 22-24, currently it's 25+. Also, for some reason the "export hand" link truncates the explanation past "3-5 D"; what is displayed above is given when hovering over the bid.

Then the raise to 3nt should be about 5-9 maybe?
