Software deadlock Accepting a director call during a chat

BBO Version 3.9.3

I was hosting & directing a small tourney last week. When I had the chat window open the director's call window popped up asking if I accepted the TD call to another table.

I accepted and found myself in a deadlock situation. The blue "waiting for response from server" window popped up and I was unable to chat and was not transferred to the new table. However I could see the play continuing at the table I was still at.

I could only resolve this by clicking the logoff button on the "waiting" window.
