Marvin leads is almost exactly what I play and I STRONGLY recommend it. Its fairly simple and straightforward.
A = Attitude from AKx,AKxx or Axx
K= Strong = ask for unblocK ou Kount
Q = Married, from KQx never strong you have to be careful if you unblock.
J= Bisexual from QJ or JT never strong
T= Strong from AT98, KJT9,Qt98, QJT8 (always denies the K)
9= from T9 or HT9 not so strong
From AQJ9xx or AQJT9 you can also lead the Q and when the king appear partner will know its a great suit.

From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

That is the standard in spain, strong 10s are great when beginners cover it having Qx vs Jxx in hand, but in reality it sucks if you play against a decent opponent since it reveals the Qxx vs Axx position.

You have posted this twice now and I cannot get the MF document to open to check what he writes. Do you play this both against suits and NTs? The scheme is similar to Journalist NT leads but instead of a nebulous king (AK or KQ) the problem has been moved down to a nebulous jack (QJ or JT). I am not convinced that this kind of lead system is good against suit contracts though.

Yeah the post here was a mistake
Hes doesnt play that way vs suit contract but we do. The problem is mostly this layout..
--------xxx
(Q)Jx ---------Axxx
--------K(Q)xx
if partner lead the J denies you of course play the A and switch knowing there is no future in the suit. The other annoying is 9 leads from T9x wich often look like doubleton in suits contract. My style is to rarely lead from top of nothing so T9x is an attractive lead while 986 isnt for me. So 9 are often a doubleton in standard leads for me but they are often T9x now. The other drawback is when you hold HTx and want to lead the T to avoid blocking the suit.
Imo there a lot more layout where strong T make all the difference especially if you are more active than passive with your leads.
