I have lin files on my C:drive that I would like to use for tournaments. I can upload these hands using BBO Windows,
can I do it using Flash ?

After you convert, if you use the new client to create tourneys, you will be able to specify hands to be used for tourneys, as before. (It only takes new client hands)

Try without st|| as the current way your file is composed.
Also is sv|-| changes after?
It comes to show the vulnerability for the particular board.
Better use sv|o| - none; sv|e| / sv|n| for ew and ns; sv|b| for both.

Thanks, I will try that. I don't know what sv etc is, this is the file generated using Wayne's hand generator.

If you use the new BBO client now, go to "My BBO" -> "Hands and Result" and there is now a "Import Lin File" tool that does the same as above but is officially for changing lin files to the handviewer kind.

Uploading via My BBO->Hands and Results->Import Lin File in the web client works fine FOR ANY LIN FILE, at least for me. The problem appears everytime when I'm trying to load a set of hands, previously imported from a LIN file, from the BBO folder onto e.g. bidding table. Everytime I try I get an error message: Uploaded deal rejected. Can any of you share a readable LIN file so I will be able to investigate the problem inside my LIN files?

On the lines that have sv|0, it should be sv|o -- lowercase OH, not number zero.

afaik both zero and lowercase O work well. Solution of my problem was trivial - I forgot that in the bidding room there are only 2 hands displayed, not 4...

Hi,
I want to create tournaments with self-generated deals. I can make a .lin file, I can upload it into BBO and I can view it with NetBridgeVU. But as I want to create the tourney with the uploaded deals, sometimes I get an error message like this: "Could not upload boards. Error=95\nUsing random deals", another time (with other deals) I manage to create it. What does this error message mean and what can cause it?
