Diamond finesse is 50%, let's see if this can be improved.

The second plan is to play for spades. This works whenever they are 2-2 (40% chance) or when the singleton is the king (12.5%). It becomes even better because if RHO has singleton Q (another 6%) our LHO has KJT and probably won't play the King on a small Spade. If RHO has all the Spades you can still fall back on the diamond finesse (another 2.5%). In total 61% or so.

So my plan is to take the Queen, King, ruff and a Spade to the 9. Someone gets in and will not immediately give his partner a Spade ruff (chance shown above). You win the return, draw trumps, play Ace of Spades, discard a Spade on the Ace of Clubs and ruff a Spade.

Oops forgot about the entry problem when LHO gets in and plays a diamond. A better plan is to take the Ace of Spades unless West plays the 10 and you know East gets in. Then discard on the Club and play another Spade.

Hmm... maybe it is better to just finesse the Diamond after all.

play the ♣Q on first trick, throwing a spade.. if it wins, lead ♣A and toss another spade.. if it loses and a trump comes back, win in hand, spade to A, toss spade on ♣A and ruff a spade.. if 2/2 no problem... if 3/1, play a trump to the J and ruff another spade, draw trumps and diamond to the ace... if spades are 4/0 you probably need the diamond finesse

♥A, ♠A, ♣A discarding ♠ and ♠ to opps, only will lose if trtumps 3-0 and West has 3♠ and East ♦K&♣K. Or ♠ 4-0.
