BBF PM system

The private messenger system on BBF seems to be broken. At least I can't send them.

For reasons I don't fully understand a lot of people, including me, have trouble sending PM with IE 9. i use chrome or mozilla to send PM. I think one time barry told me how to send messages from IE. I think it was something like changing compatibility mode or taking it off compatibility mode.

Compatibility mode seems to fix it. Without it, the buttons at the bottom that say "Send", "Send later", etc. show up as a menu floating at the top left of the PM page.
