Depends on opponents. With normal ops, 1♦, with both majors I like my chances to go plus. If these are LOM who will pass any 12 count, I might reconsider.

1♦. Could be very wrong, giving the opps a chance to back in to the auction or getting us into an auction where we have no fit (partner is, for example, 3-3-2-6). but even if partner has a balanced 10 count, we could make a lot of tricks in a major or diamonds.
Opening the hand seems normal. After all, we have 13 Goren points.

The suits are chunky and I have both majors. I'm a bidder (1D).

I have the majors baby and i have 3 suits with a void, MP, i am very likely to find a fit, and after all i am only a jack shy of a normal opening bid. White vs Red !
