Cool finish

I remember when the cool finishes such as 4 9s on the last trick were posted on the home page. I tried doing it for a while, but never succeeded. But then, this hand came along. At first glance not all that interesting of a hand, but I found it interesting that I managed to get 4 8s played on the last trick without even trying to. Very few hands does that ever happen. And I even got 100% matchpoints on the hand in the process.

I'd be disappointed with myself if I cashed AK ♠ and failed to give my partner an uppercut, or protect his Jxxx from being finessed twice if they ruff with the K.

Otherwise cute.

Indeed, a very gentle defense.

But it was a cute ending.
