Impossible to create a new account

Hi,

I am on XP
I try to créate a new account for one of my friend and I Can't, even my friend

As yu see I am not the only one

When I try to connect with the new pass word (FlashJCB / Bessis) I receive a message :

"BBO your version is outdated, ERR=3002"

It's no longer possible to use the software version of BBO to create a new user account. You have to go to bridgebase.com to create a new user id and login via the website to play bridge at BBO.
