We didn't double them, but we were the only EW to get a plus score, so MP top. Most EW went down in NT or diamonds, N/S made 2♥ and 2♠X at other tables. But overall a pretty humorous auction.

Why wouldn't S accept the transfer? a 5-2 fit can't be that bad.

Because she had 7 spades and I must have been psyching my 1 spade opening!
