You get a pretty nice lead: A♠
Now what is the best line?

I don't see any alternative to draw trumps ending in dummy ♠K spade ruff trying to ruff out ♠Q third and run trumps hoping for a squeeze against north or double squeeze.

This hand is the stuff the Bridge columnists write about.
You can play for a 4-3 ♥ split.
Ruff ♠A high
♥ to A
Ruff ♥ high
♣ to A ( pulling only outstanding trump )
Ruff ♥ high
low ♣ to 6
discard ♦ on ♠K, ♥K, and long ♥
Don Stenmark
TWOferBRIDGE
"imo by far in bridge the least understood concept is how to bid over a jump-shift
( 1M-1NT!-3m-?? )." ....Justin Lall

" Did someone mention relays? " .... Zelandakh

K-Rex to Mikeh : " Sometimes you drive me nuts " .

If it wasn't a goulash, I would agree with TWO4BRIDGE. With it being a goulash though, I go with Fluffy's line.

I follow TWO4BRIDGE's line IF south turns out to have 0-1 black cards after I ruff, draw the trump, and ruff the spade. Otherwise fluffy's line.
(since he probably has 9 diamonds)

Since South has 9 diamonds, hearts are breaking 4-3 very rarely.

The double squeeze looks like a clear winner, and even works when South is 1-3-9-0. But as LMB says, play the ♣K to the ace and cash the ♠K to find out what is going on, but Fluffy's line is still fine whether South follows or not!

Can you also ruff a spade after to get a full count on that suit? you have 4 entries to dummy, assuming you get the clubs right. You'll know who has the 1 trump, and a full count on ♠ so the picture of the hand should be complete and you can decide if ♥ are worse than 5-2 or if North has both the majors covered then you can squeeze him till he gives up.

These are all the cards, I didn't get it right on the table. It looked to me like a pretty interesting one.

Yes. That is what is known as finding out what's going on - obviously we ruff a spade. My point was, you only ruff out hearts when you discover South is 1?09, where he is known to have 3 hearts. Basically the hand is a claim unless South is 4090 with the spade queen, and even then there may be a double dummy line.
