Nice thing about them putting the recaps online is you can look this stuff up from home. :) Board 9, second session. Looks like a small handful of 1370s (and one 1390), a 1440, those two 1430s, and a ton of -100s along with some game scores.
If you put an accurate skill level in your profile, you get a bonus 5% extra finesses working. --johnu

Well, we got 4th in the 10K, and we tied the team that finished 1st when we played them, and beat the team that finished 2nd. It was a fun event, but it just felt like a good regional swiss, frankly.

Yeah, we came in 26th (out of 81 teams that entered, 42 qualifying to the 2nd day), even though my pick-up partner and I were not really very compatible. When I play with my regular partner back home in a sectional A/X Swiss, we end up in the bottom of the field. I feel guilty getting platinum points for this event, when all the tough competition was in the Platinum Pairs and IMP Pairs.

So far, my luck has been crap. Our teammates us down once or twice, but what's killing me is a 35% slam, another <40% slam, and several <35% games were made by opps (all but one make even with perfect D). Good news is I exchanged a few words with Zia in an elevator, been surrounded by all the top pros, and once this bad luck is out of the way, I should hopefully place high in the Reds and repeat in NAP Flight C.
