Have all unpinned threads in the Changing Laws and Regulations been deleted? Even the Thread referenced as most recently posted upon (January) is not accessible.

The thread "Another Incomplete Designation" was moved from the Changing Laws forum to Laws and Rulings. But apparently the "Last Post Info" column in the forum listing doesn't take this into account, so it still mentions that thread. The most recent thread in the forum is actually from December.

By default, only threads from the most recent 30 days are shown in thread listings. Click on "Click here to show filter options" in the bar at the bottom of the thread list to change this.
