Windows 8 IE10 fullscreen

A partner complained about not being able use chat in the default browser in Windows 8.1 on a new PC.
I normally use Chrome,but can reproduce his problems. As you can see in the screenshot when using BBO (latest flash/windows) the bottom of the BBO window is not visible.

By setting the zoom to 75% instead of 100% (options in the rh charm) you can partially get round the problem. But even in 75% I can't send a hand because the export menu creates items below the screen.

And later it showed me a result hand full screen when I was expecting a live view. I love windows 8.1, BBO web, IE10,,... But they don't work well together (I use chrome)I'd XX that flash is to blame Posted Image
