1♣ = 3+
2♣ = INV
4♥ = Splinter

We missed this one...I found it extremely interesting as it is arguable that partner should show hearts 1st here, but she chose to show points and support...

How would you handle this at MPs or teams?

We would bid 3♥ (good raise) with most singleton splinters, so 4♥ is a void and in fact optional exclusion, now the N hand looks decent in context so bids 4N (one non heart ace and not devalued below a minimum 2♣ invert by the heart void). Our inverts are GI+ and may contain 4M, our club is 4+ in a weak NT context

In my world I respond 1♥, pard bids 2♣, I bid 2 or (eventually) 3nt, play there and they take the first six hearts and a stray Ace.
