3 NT, Partner did understand 3 ♥. And if he did not, he won't understand 3 ♠ too.

p heard our 1N and is still inviting game in hearts they are unbalanced
and a pretty fair chance short in diamonds I bid 4h.

Partner had pushed the boat out a little with K9x JT97xx xxx Q opposite your AQJx AQx Qxx Kxx, so 4H lost the first four tricks but 3NT makes with Kx heart in the slot.
