This deal won't get you in the daily bulletin, but it's still worth 6 IMPs to get it right.

You end up in the dream contract of 2NT. Dummy's auction showed four spades:

You received the lead of a 4th-best 3. It goes 3-2-8-Q.

Plan the play.

playing against my club I'd finesse the 10 but I'm guessing that's wrong?

I would have played 10 at trick one, to avoid having to guess how to make my second spade trick.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

You should assume strong opponents.

I was kibbing on this hand and for trick one I decided to follow the read of the actual declarer. LHO lead through a known 4-card suit in dummy, I think he would do that with Axxx (and good spots), but he would be unlikely to do that with AJxx or Jxxx. Pretend LHO showed you his spade suit if you like.

Q followed by four rounds of hearts? That may invisibly squeeze someone. For example, if LHO has Axxx xxx KJx Axx or RHO has Jxx xxx Axx Axxx.
