I mentioned this in passing in the thread about the reordered forums, but it is something that I have long thought would be an improvement.

I usually use "View New Content" when I come on the forums, but the "New Content" frequently resets itself in at seemingly random times. I think the user should be able to choose to view all new content since last login or since a chosen number of hours or days ago.

I think Invision completely redesigned how this stuff works in newer versions, I don't know the details offhand.
